1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Viewert ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of Viewert, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

License to Viewert
By using the Service, you grant Viewert a limited license to:
- Store and backup Your Content on our servers
- Display Your Content to you across your devices
- Display public content to other users as you've configured
- Process Your Content to provide Service features
This license is solely for operating and improving the Service. We will never use Your Content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Viewert to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Distribute malware or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Scrape or collect data without permission
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Post spam or unsolicited promotional content
- Share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Service Availability

Viewert offers both free and paid tiers. For free accounts:

- We reserve the right to modify the free tier offerings
For paid subscriptions, specific terms including pricing, billing, and refund policies will be provided at the time of purchase.
7. Privacy

8. Intellectual Property
The Viewert service, including its design, features, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Viewert and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Create derivative works based on the Service
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:
- Your profile and private content will be removed
- You can export your data before deletion
- Some information may be retained as required by law
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIEWERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viewert and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Viewert operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Viewert regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
